The Principal
Debbie Nnameka is a governance stabilization practitioner who works with regulated institutions at the intersection of board accountability, regulatory risk, and capital access. She is the Founder and Principal of Being Ezer Advisory.
Her proof of concept is documented. She was brought in to lead a regulated organization out of consecutive regulatory probation to full compliance, restructuring board operations under active state oversight, restoring alignment between governance and execution, and turning an adversarial regulatory relationship into an institutional champion. That work unlocked significant federal funding that had been stalled and restored access to institutional financing.
Governance failures are rarely sudden. They accumulate in policy gaps, in unclear authority, in boards that have drifted from accountability, until they surface in ways that are no longer containable. Her approach is built on that understanding. Structured. Outcomes-focused. Discreet.
She has worked across regulated environments including healthcare, clinical research, and financial services. These are environments where precision is not optional, regulatory relationships determine institutional survival, and capital access depends on governance credibility.
All engagements are delivered directly by the Principal. No work is delegated. Every client relationship, every diagnostic session, and every deliverable carries the Principal's direct accountability.
Being Ezer Advisory is selective by design. Engagements begin with a structured diagnostic to ensure the work is aligned, necessary, and positioned for effective resolution.
